The fork on my FATWHEELS kit doesn't connect to the frame and the brackets spins when I ride. What do I do?

There’s a couple of things wrong with this installation. Most likely this bike does not require the axle extenders. You would only use them when there is not enough axle thread to fasten the bracket or if the bike is equipped with a shifter (used on the the shifter side). First, remove the extenders to see if there is enough axle thread to fasten the brackets. If so, torque the nuts to spec, adjust the wheel height and start riding. If the bike does not have enough axle thread then use the extenders and bend the fork to meet the frame. This is clearly spelled out in the instruction sheet found Here.
